Hi Scooterists,
I trust you are all well and looking forward to a winter of restorations, thick gloves and magazine reading. For those in the more tropical states, you are missing out on the sheer pleasure of thawing out at your destination. It’s like being born again each morning. Enough waffling.
This issue we had so much content, with some of the more mysterious clubs finally sending in their bios, that I had to postpone the centrefold. Instead I snuck in a a sly page on my GL221 project . How else is my precious frankenscoot going to get the fame and fortune it deserves.
Please keep sending club info. Next issue will be early August and will feature restoration pictorials, reports from winter runs and an insight into the national rally location.
On the topic of the national rally, the results of research and polls around the clubs have established the date as the Australia day long weekend. The location will be on the coast of NSW, decided by reasearch as to suitable accommodation.
